Payroll
Creating Payroll
- Go to HR > Payroll
- Click Create New Payroll
- Select month and year
- Review employee data and salaries
- Add any additional allowances or deductions
- Approve payroll
Salary Components
- Basic Salary: Fixed agreed amount
- Housing Allowance: Usually 25% of basic salary
- Transportation Allowance: Commute allowance
- Insurance Deduction: Employee share of social insurance
- Absence Deduction: Deduction for unexcused absence days
