Quotations
A quotation is a document you provide to the customer before issuing the official invoice.
Create Quotation
- Go to Sales > New Quotation
- Select customer
- Add products and prices
- Set quotation expiry date
- Add terms and conditions
- Save and send to customer
Convert Quotation to Invoice
After customer approval:
- Open the quotation
- Click Convert to Invoice
- Review data and save
Quotation Status
- Draft: Not yet sent
- Sent: Sent to customer
- Accepted: Customer approved
- Rejected: Customer rejected
- Expired: Quotation validity ended
