Quotations

A quotation is a document you provide to the customer before issuing the official invoice.

Create Quotation

  1. Go to Sales > New Quotation
  2. Select customer
  3. Add products and prices
  4. Set quotation expiry date
  5. Add terms and conditions
  6. Save and send to customer

Convert Quotation to Invoice

After customer approval:

  1. Open the quotation
  2. Click Convert to Invoice
  3. Review data and save
