Receive Customer Payment

Steps

  1. Go to Finance > Receive Payment
  2. Select customer
  3. Enter amount received
  4. Choose payment method (cash, transfer, check)
  5. Select invoice(s) to settle
  6. Save

Partial Payment

You can pay part of an invoice, and the remaining amount will show as due.

Advance Payment

You can record a payment without linking it to a specific invoice, appearing as credit balance for the customer.
